We facilitate processes that strengthen institutional, organisational and community capacity to uphold, defend and fulfil human rights
including the rights of women. The purpose of this program is to advocate for conditions that sustain women’s peace and security as a pre-requisite for good governance.
We continue to consolidate our flagship Programme- Localization of the Women Peace and Security (WPS) Agenda through deepening knowledge and skills of partners and scaling up the programme to

Women and Leadership Programme (WLP)
We believe in women’s power and agency to build equality, resilience and peace. When women meaningfully participate in decision-making, conditions improve for everyone and peace lasts longer.
We continue to be intentional in increasing the numbers of women including young women participating in conflict prevention and resolution processes through our Women and leadership programme that enhances women’s leadership skills.
